(ENG) Foto/Industria is the first biennial in the world dedicated to photography of industry and work. It is an event promoted, produced and organised by the MAST Foundation, an international cultural centre related to the Coesia Group.
This third edition of Foto/Industria presents 14 exhibitions of international photographers hosted at MAST and in a number of historic and cultural landmarks of Bologna, palaces and residences of great artistic value, offering to the public the chance to explore new territories of the photographic creation and at the same time to discover a surprising, fascinating city.
Through Foto/Industria the MAST Foundation aims at a double goal: on one hand promoting photography in its historic and contemporary dimensions and on the other narrating through different gazes the extraordinary relevance of industry and its power of transforming geographic and human communities.
The artistic director of Foto/Industria is François Hébel.
(CAST) Foto / Industria es la primera bienal en el mundo dedicada a la fotografía de la industria y el trabajo. Es un evento promovido, producido y organizado por la Fundación MAST, un centro cultural internacional relacionado con el Grupo Coesia.
Esta tercera edición de Foto / Industria presenta 14 exposiciones de fotógrafos internacionales organizados en MAST y en una serie de monumentos históricos y culturales de Bolonia, palacios y residencias de gran valor artístico, ofreciendo al público la oportunidad de explorar nuevos territorios de la creación fotográfica, y, al mismo tiempo, descubrir una ciudad sorprendente.
A través de Foto / Industria la Fundación MAST apunta a un doble objetivo: por un lado, promover la fotografía en sus dimensiones históricas y contemporáneas y, por otro, narrar a través de diferentes miradas la extraordinaria relevancia de la industria y su poder de transformación de las comunidades geográficas y humanas.
