[CAST] Mediante cuatro películas, Oliver Ressler sigue al movimiento ecologista en su lucha por desmantelar un sistema económico que depende en gran medida de los combustibles fósiles. En cada película, Ressler registra momentos clave para el movimiento contra el cambio climático. El artista reúne situaciones, contextos, voces y experiencias de diferentes eventos alrededor del mundo, como la manifestación en contra de la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Climático en París; el bloqueo y cierre de una central eléctrica en Alemania; la ZAD, que surgió para impedir la construcción de un aeropuerto y donde hoy en día viven 250 personas en 60 colectivos; o la acción en el puerto de Ámsterdam en junio de 2017, que supuso el bloqueo del segundo puerto de carbón más grande de Europa.

[ENG] Through four films, Oliver Ressler follows the environmental movement in its struggle to dismantle an economic system that relies heavily on fossil fuels. In each film, Ressler records key moments for the movement against climate change. The artist brings together situations, contexts, voices and experiences from different events around the world, such as the demonstration against the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Paris; the blocking and closing of a power plant in Germany; the ZAD, which emerged to prevent the construction of an airport and where today 250 people live in 60 collectives; or the action in the port of Amsterdam in June 2017, which entailed blocking the second largest coal port in Europe.
